Our Accountants
Mr. Timothy F. Allen, CPA
A 1982 graduate of Northeastern University, Mr. Allen was admitted to the Board of Public Accountants as a Certified Public Accountant in 1984 and was admitted to the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants in 1985. He has been a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants for over three decades. After working with Boston-based accounting firm Gray Gray & Gray for seven years, he formed Luca & Allen with partner, Joseph Luca. Mr. Allen stayed in partnership with Mr. Luca until 1993 when he formed the present firm of T.F. Allen & Company PC. Mr. Allen is a solution oriented; entrepreneurial Certified Public Accountant that provides each client with timely, results oriented and highly personalized service. Tim understands how organizations operate and how they generate profits and is most successful when his role is combined with others to devise a strategic plan for overall business success. He has given expert testimony in Cambridge District Court on accounting matters relating to interest in a contractual dispute and in family court on divorce matters. In addition, he has served as treasurer of various civic and religious organizations and was President of the Watertown-Belmont Chamber of Commerce. He has conducted numerous seminars on tax and accounting matters for construction contractors as a member of the Associated Builders and Contractors.
